- Uncrewed vessels must use RemoteTech (w/ delay), and should use kOS for control.
- Crewed missions must be preceded by uncrewed missions (of same type).
- Landing missions must be preceded by orbital missions.
- Orbital missions must be preceded by fly-by missions.
- Launches are permitted once every 12 (Kerbin) days
- Flights are permitted once per (Kerbin) day (if previous flight was successfully recovered on the runway)
