​Mission Objectives:

1. Reach 4.9Mm x 4.3Mm inclined orbit around Kerbin

Crew:

This satellite contains a thermal sensor.

The satellite is deployed after MECO.

The satellite coasts to an apo of 2.3Mm before circularizing into an intermediate orbit.

Next, the satellite matches up its apoapsis and argument of periapsis to the intended orbit.

Finally, the satellite raises its apoapsis.

Unfortunately, a probe's built-in antenna doesn't count towards the contract, so SCISAT III was launched with an extra antenna. In order to handle the extra part, the steering engines were removed from the first stage.

Otherwise, the mission was identical to the one above.
