Kerbin KomSAT-4a: Orbital adjustment

Now that our KSO relay has been deployed, we can put our interplanetary relay into its proper orbit.

Mission Objectives:

1. Transfer Kerbin KomSAT-4a into a highly eccentric polar orbit.

Mission Status:

1. ​Transfer Kerbin KomSAT-4a into a highly eccentric polar orbit: Success!

​The benefit to this orbit is that the satellite spends the vast majority of its orbit out of the planetary plane, without having to worry about planets blocking its signals.

In addition to tracking the active vessel, the satellites other dishes track Moho, Eve, and Duna, allowing us to extend our coverage to those planets by building additional relay networks.
