 Our program is running into a problem. We still have a 30-part limit, but we don't have high-capacity solar cells or batteries. This makes deploying a satellite network impractical, which makes an orbital mission to Mun risky. We also don't quite have the funds to unlock manoeuvre nodes, so doing a crewed free-return Mun mission doesn't meet our minimum safety requirements. And we can't do a crewed orbital mission due to our requirement that we must do an uncrewed mission first. So, we're stuck doing these rescue missions until we can afford to upgrade our facilities.
