Launch 2-5: Mun-Class Thud-Terrier Orbiter Mk II

This newly-designed rocket takes advantage of our recently-researched 2.5m fuel tanks. It should be more stable during launch, and allows us to put a craft into orbit with a tremendous amount of dV. This should allow us to put a crew in orbit around Mun and return safely.

This will be an uncrewed test launch.
