Mission Summary:

1. Rescue Gwenzy from LKO: Failed to reach orbit.

Unfortunately, the failure mode for our rendezvous script is engine cutout when beginning our gravity turn, and I forgot to set the target before launching. Let's hope Gwenzy still has a few snacks onboard!
