Launch 5-15: Minmus Ferry

Year 5, Day 181.
Mission Objectives:

1. Dock with Biko 1 [Kerbin].

This will fulfil our contract to extend the station, and provide transport for a future crew to Minmus.

Payload: Crew Ferry Vehicle (CFV-5a)

Lifter: DLSv3 Proton

The Proton is powered by six LV-T45 engines.

Once in orbit, the craft cruises until the time for a transfer burn to the station's altitude.

On final approach to the station.

Docking was nominal.

DEUCES 5 leaving the station.

DEUCES 3 leaving the station.

DEUCES 6 departing the station.

The station has been refuelled. It was becoming a bit crowded (and laggy), so the three DEUCES mk II probes have been placed into a parking orbit of 100km.
