Moho KomSAT V: Moho Encounter

Our KomSAT probe is approaching Moho, and has the proper fuel to capture into orbit this time.

In a 4/3 resonant orbit with our intended orbit. Each time we hit the periapsis we'll deploy a satellite, distributing them equally around the planet.
